Purpose
This equipment is dedicated to removing residual stress, stains and contaminants from the strip surface.

Machine description
- Strip is pulled from pay-off reel into furnace through pinch roll and bridle roll
- Strip passes through pickling, buffing, cold rinsing and drying processes
- At end of process, strip on tension reel is ejected onto coil car
Main Features
Pickling
- Removes foreign matter on strip surface with sulfuric acid
- Prevents corrosion with equipment’s stainless steel interior
Furnace
- Seals heat by applying synthetic wool at strip entry and exit
Buffing
- Minimizes damage by using a specific brush
Dryer
- Conserves energy (prevents heat loss) with a recycling system
Tension Reel and Belt Wrapper
- Reduces labor cost with a one-stop process from pay-off reel to tension reel
- Automatically controls working speed in furnace section by using auto-detection
