Purpose
Produces lead strips to a set width and thickness.

Machine description
- Lead bar is transferred from casting machine into rolling mill through automatic raw strip cutter
- Strip is rolled to set thickness by rolling mill and is cut to set width by trimmer
- At end of process, strip on recoiler is ejected onto coil car
Main Features
Touch Sensor
- Measures the speed of lead bar by lead strip loop sensor
Mill Stand
- Operates in high speed (max. 6 m/min)
- Precisely controls finish mill by using a servo motor
- Precisely controls thickness by using a drive for each mill stand
- Checks strip temperature with a temperature sensor
Tank
- Conveniently maintains tank by applying a paper filter to the filtering system
- Easily regulates concentration of rolling oil with built-in dirty and clean tanks
Dryer
- Allows for convenient maintenance with easy access from top if a strip breaks
- Possesses a long lifespan because it is made of stainless steel (non-corrosive)
